TRADE SHOW REGISTRATION DETAILS aka GENERAL EXPO SPACE 

“ESS” shape walkway – people MUST walk past your booth coming in and coming out – there is no way around it. Also, all aisles are carpeted, 10 foot back pipe and drape and three foot sides separating booths, etc. Power IS available in this room. Music/food ambience. This expo space is ‘high end.’ This is perfect space for professional displays, product launch and samples, demos, networking, visiting with potential clients – conducting a little more formal business. Plus there is a Kids Play Zone, Entertainment Stage and Lifestyle Lunchbox area. Prices vary for members/non-member and amount of space desired. 5' x 10', 10'x10', 10'x20' to 10' x 30' spaces available.

General Expo space price also gets you into our Exhibitor Appreciation on Friday Night at 8:00pm with 2 Complimentary Drinks and FREE appetizers and music by the Boys of St. James Gate (Celtic/Rock Band). http://www.boysofstjamesgate.ca/

MARKETPLACE – 10 x 10 spaces ONLY, marked out on the floor. 8’ table available, NO table cloth, no chairs, no power, and those extras are not available in the marketplace. You can purchase a MAXIMUM of (4) SPACES, and are welcome to set up that space however you want to for selling your product. You must bring your own chairs, additional displays etc. There are NO static displays allowed in the Marketplace (example: table, posterboards and business cards.)

In the Marketplace vendors MUST be conducting sales – either product out the door (cash’n’carry) or taking orders for future delivery. We really want to keep this room bustling. Spaces in the Marketplace are $150(non-members) and $100(members). No concert. No free food.
