The Canadian Chamber of Commerce just released their Economic Outlook for 2012. In this report, they observe that while many of Canada’s economic advantages remain intact, ample headwinds will constrain growth in the year ahead. Fortunately, business investment remains a bright spot in both 2012 and 2013.
