Business of the Year
Small business nominees will have fewer than 10 full time equivalent employees, and large will have 10+ full time equivalent. Depending on the number of nominees, an additional size category may be added. Businesses must demonstrate leadership qualities and efforts towards bettering the entire community. Businesses do not need to be a member of the local chamber to be nominated.
Nominations can be made by any individual or group by using the online form. Additional materials such as letters can be submitted to to support the nomination.
Final decisions on the award recipient will be made by the selection committee comprised of chamber board directors. Nominees will either participate in an interview or will provide a completed questionnaire to the selection committee outlining their participation in the required areas.
Scoring categories include but are not limited to history of business in the community; growth of the operation; involvement in community; local employment and local purchasing.
Nominations will close July 2, 2021
Shall not have received the award within the last four (4) years. The following businesses have received an award in the past four years and are therefore NOT eligible for an award:

- Must show community support and/or involvement
